To work with me, what’s required of you?
You need to want to improve your health, and are willing to show up and do the work involved.
That work involves, at the outset, an hour virtual coaching session each week.
I work with individuals, however couples and groups are sometimes far more effective as people find motivation, accountability and friendly competition when they’re working with others.
In between those sessions, you will have tasks and activities to do … responsibilities that will allow you to move towards the health goals, and learn what works … on your own.
You will do this on your own private, online health portal, one that will allow me to offer you accountability and motivation at the outset …
and for you to track and measure your progress to your own health goals that you set yourself.
Eventually you’ll set yourself free when you feel you can do it on your own, and the healthy routines and behaviours I’ll help guide you towards are sustainable in your life.
