Use a different colour from the rest of your calendar entries to keep track of how active you are.
Jogs, walks, cycles, trips to the gym, strength exercises, stretches … whatever you do.
It’s easier to see them if you make them at 1-2am each day so they always appear at the top, and therefore visible in monthly views.
The result is a quick and easy way to see how consistent you have been …
believe me, if you don’t do anything for a week, it sticks out and can motivate you to be active!
