of between 3 and 4 minutes only …

of aerobic exercise has a PROFOUND health benefit.

Exercise is the modern day method of TRICKING your body and mind into thinking that we’re hunting and gathering on the Savanna.

Exercise has ALWAYS been the single most powerful signal we can send our body and brain that life is good, that it’s Springtime, and therefore time to live and grow.

And now that less than half a percent of each day – that’s a half hour a week! – can make a difference.
