The fact is that many people today consider regular exercise to be …

crazy.

However, it’s not. 

What is absolutely nuts is that we accept a food industry which supplies crap calories that have been stripped of their nutrients and minerals.

What’s irrational is that if we allow that to happen, we potentially burden the ones closest to us with costly and avoidable illnesses and limitations.

What’s insane is that we have embraced a sedentary, lethargic lifestyle that, over time, exacerbates our evolutionary disposition to deteriorate, weaken, and become sick.

What’s loony is that we have embraced a lifestyle that instead of grooming us to be healthy, strong, active, energetic, fit and fun to be around when we’re older …

it leads us down a path that makes so many of us fat, depressed, sick, frail and invalid when we’re older, talking gibberish and likely to fall down and hurt ourselves.

What’s a dangerous premise for planning the rest of your life is that by not taking care of our cardiovascular health, we risk burdening our loved ones with very costly, emotionally sapping 

What’s absolutely idiotic and inexplicable is that our society, plagued by spiralling medical costs and epidemics of obesity, heart disease and cancer, seems to care little about the lifestyle-related factors that have pushed the global health of an entire generation of humans off a cliff. 

All of that is what is crazy.

Doing something about that is what is normal, sane …… exercise is sane.

Instead of thinking of it as exercise, think of it as internal body messages …

messages that keep your mind and body stronger, younger, quicker, and sharp when you get older. 

Exercise is the only language that your physical brain understands.

And the physical brain controls your metabolism, the energy needs of your body, and the nourishment and maintenance of your organs, tissues and cells.
