For the same reason that diets don’t work, exercise does.
Exercise is, without any exaggeration whatsoever … the secret to great health.
Yes, weight training to build strength is important, however I’m talking about AEROBIC EXERCISE.
The kind of movement that gets your heart rate up, and keeps our internal arterial and venous highways cleared of litter (the plaque that leads to heart disease!), strong, smooth on the inside, and continually reminded that it can’t become weak and fragile.
It is therefore a starting point because it sets you up for success, which is a breeding ground for self-motivation and continued progress.
Quite simply, it always works, and with the required consistency, it yields results, also that little bit of magic that starts to change everything for you.
In other words, it never fails.
Then … you build upon that success.
Like the solid foundations upon which the tallest skyscrapers can be built, aerobic exercise serves as your body’s infrastructure on top of which:
- general good health
- strength and power
- mobility
- balance
- good sleep and mood
- enthusiasm, confidence
- healthy skin, youthful appearance
- mental and physical energy
- anxiety and stress reduction
- positivity and being more present and relaxed
… all flourish.

has always been the single most powerful signal we can send our body and brain that life is good …
that it’s Springtime … and therefore time to live and grow.
