MANY PEOPLE today consider regular EXERCISE to be CRAZY.

What’s INEXPLICABLE – is that our society, plagued by spiralling medical costs and epidemics of obesity, heart disease and cancer, seems to CARE LITTLE about the LIFESTYLE-RELATED FACTORS that have pushed the global health of an entire generation of humans off a cliff.
All of THAT is crazy.
DOING SOMETHING ABOUT THAT is what is NORMAL … SANE … EXERCISE is sane.
