Modern medicine’s going to see to it that most of us will live until our 80s and 90s …
The question is what you’re going to be like when you get there.
Are you a middle-aged executive who wants to be in control of the quality, and amount of time they have left with their family yet doesn’t have the time, or bandwidth, to invest in your own health?
If so, please read this post carefully.
… pause for a moment, close your eyes and picture this …
Career and family-wise, you might have done the hardest work already.
The domestic and professional demands and commitments had always been priorities in your life, however you’re proud of what you’ve managed to accomplish, despite it meaning very little free and personal time for yourself.
With expectations and demands from work increasing every year, especially since kids arrived, there has never been enough time to take care of your own health.
Not really … apart from the occasional diet and gym membership … which never stuck.
A relatively sedentary life – one with no ♥️ aerobic exercise – was obviously starting to take its toll.
Recently, the doctor had even mentioned high blood glucose levels, and the possible need for medication.
He even used the terms … ♥️ heart disease and pre-diabetes …
You still have a good chunk of your life to look forward to. When you’re older, you want to be the healthy, active and relatively fit grandparent 💓 that can keep up with the grandkids.
However now … that vision of health is clouded.☁️
With no time to workout, and diets hard to stick to … you don’t know what to do, where to go, or who to talk to.
The good news is that it doesn’t need to be this way. ️🎉
My name is Chris White, and I am a certified health coach.
I specialise in helping middle-aged executives who want to improve their health, however feel they don’t have the time, or the bandwidth, to do so and who might have been inconsistent in the past.
The time-efficient and portable routines and exercises I share, and guide you towards, are those that evolved over 25 years in Hong Kong and Singapore, when my professional and domestic demands meant I had very little time to take care of my own health.
When I first got to Asia and got a feel for the industry I was in, I could see where my health was headed by simply looking at those who had been in it for 15-20 years.
I was fortunate enough to see myself at a fork in the road of life, one in which you could take a healthy, robust and fun route, or an easier one in which you didn’t have to do much more than deal with your day-to-day routines and see what happened, health-wise.
I take pride in showing those who really want to be in charge of their own health, and to be active, fit, strong, flexible and punchy when they’re older, how they can do so with as little as 2%, or just over 3 hours, a week.
What I did part-time in Asia for 25 years, I am very excited to be doing full-time since I’ve returned to my hometown of Victoria, BC. 🇨🇦
I take them to a place where they are in charge of their own health for the rest of their lives.
