Your attitude, and your effort.
This image spoke to me … why? … perhaps because I’ve seen people who are:
→ BLIND, yet running on treadmills in gyms
→ very out of shape, yet are giving it their all on a walk, jog or cycle (good for you! go go go!)
→ over 100 years old, yet raise money for charity on their birthday by walking impressive distances
and it INSPIRES ME, just as I try to inspire others with some of the stuff I do each year.
